Day In The Life
There's no template — every student's day is shaped by their IEP, their therapy plan, and where they are in their growth. But the rhythm is consistent.

Therapy and instruction don't happen in separate buildings — they happen in the same hallway, often the same hour. ABA therapists, classroom teachers, and support staff move with students through the day.
With a 3:1 student-to-teacher ratio and class caps at 12, every student gets sustained attention. Breakout spaces are always nearby for students who need a calmer environment.
Speech, occupational therapy, physical therapy, and mental-health support are embedded in the school day. Families don't have to coordinate across systems — it's all here.
Older students rotate through real-world skill work in our therapeutic vocational lab — building toward independence and post-secondary readiness.
The day ends the way it began: with routine, calm, and a team that knows your student.

The best way to see a day at DMA is to be in the building. We schedule tours for waitlisted families as slots open.
